Super-Apps Versus Super-Services
There is now a very important limitation – it’s the limitation of this [smartphone screen] and the size of this screen. Basically, there is a battle going on to be present on a user’s first screen. On the first screen, a user may have either very important applications that are rarely used [...] or super-frequency applications that you use many, many times and many hours a day. The problem is that there are numerous services, people have a lot of needs, and the first screen is the only one [...] In fact, all attempts to connect and switch different services into one app and one user scenario are a result of this problem

House Rules or Regulation: What Does the Future Hold for Ecosystems?
There are large systems. I think there are several of them on the Russian market. Of course, there is Yandex, Sberbank, Mail.ru with Alibaba, and I think Ozon is in the initial stage [...] and Tinkoff is in the initial stage. This is a kind of starter kit. In addition, there are foreign ecosystems on the Russian market. Sorry, it’s Google and Apple, and at least [...] two major ecosystems that seriously affect the market. Now the question is how to live with it at all [...] Unfortunately, scientific thought around the world has not yet come up with any consistent holistic solutions. However, it’s not all that bad, particularly on the Russian market. There is a lot of competition between all these companies on the Russian market. If you try not to look at industrial competition, but at the inter-ecosystem, the ecosystems are currently fighting in different forms [...] for the user’s time or for the user’s wallet

Preparedness Strategies: Multiservices and Technologies in the Public and Private Sector
We have a rather large number of services (and these services will grow), where users make many transactions. First of all, this is a large and frequently used service Yandex.Taxi. Entrepreneurship and Employment in the Age of Giganomics
The platforms are likely to incentivize providers to include this voluntary insurance, and these incentives may vary. The incentives will develop somehow, but for now it’s not actually clear how. This is true. But at the very least a clear mechanism will be created so that if a button is created that needs to be pressed, then different minds will then think about how to provide incentives, including economically, in order to press the button

Entrepreneurship and Employment in the Age of Giganomics
In real life, in 90% of cases, the provider and the consumer don’t have access to a full-fledged high-quality service. If you don’t turn to a digital platform today, it’s quite difficult to find a trusted provider. There are a lot of fraudulent companies, or it’s not at all clear how to search for certain types of services in a certain city. And it’s the opposite for the provider. […] The platforms on the service market in this example are the only way to make a service good for both parties and whiten this market

Inequality: A Barrier to Economic Growth
The globalization of platform solutions affects inclusiveness. Choosing a platform involves a choice of services and companies. Universal monopolization occurs, if there are no protective barriers. When choosing a platform, people are forced to choose a wide range of services. Russia is the first country where buying a phone, consumers can choose a search engine. Lack of this choice is a threat to services

Digital Transformation as a Driver of State Development
Digital transformation – at least for now – is happening at the expense of the people who make it. And there must be people who change, who create and create, who transform companies, businesses and states. It is not enough to find these people – it must be an ecosystem in the country. There has to be a pot where different talented people, engineers, programmers, managers, people who live with the idea of digitalization are brewing. First of all, we need to think about this
