The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 130 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 70 countries worldwide.

What is the Roscongress personal account and how do I apply to attend a Roscongress Foundation event?

The Roscongress personal account is an information space, communication tool, and service platform for participants of all Roscongress Foundation events.


To become a participant of one of our events, you need to create an account in the Roscongress personal account.


If you received an invitation or your application to attend a Roscongress Foundation event in 2020 was approved by the relevant Organizing Committee, you already have your Roscongress personal account. Your personal account login and password information, were previously sent to you by the email specified during registration. You can, you can restore access to your account by calling the Forum information centre at: +7 (495) 640 4440.


If you have not submitted an application to attend a Roscongress Foundation event in 2020 and are not yet registered in the Roscongress personal account, you can register through Roscongress personal account. Sometime later, an email containing your account login and password information will be sent to the email you provided in the application.


After creating an account you can submit an application to the event that interests you through your Roscongress personal account. In order to become a participant, choose an event in the ‘Upcoming’ section and submit an application for participation in the ‘Registration’ section.


Roscongress personal account users can submit applications for the Roscongress Foundation events, as well as take advantage of other features of the account.


What is the difference between the Roscongress personal account and personal web office on the event website?

The Roscongress personal account is the new service platform for individual participants of all Roscongress Foundation events.


The personal web office on the event website is meant for organisations/delegations/media.

I’m attending a Roscongress Foundation event. How do I order services?

A separate section has been created for each event of the Roscongress Foundation in the ‘Events’ section of the Roscongress personal account. In this section you can find information on the status of your application for participation in this event, confirm participation in the event, look through the program of the event, plan your schedule in the business calendar, schedule meetings with other participants in the event, and order the necessary services.

What is included in the Foundation’s package of delegate management services, and how can it be ordered?

The full package of services includes the following:


— Organizing an invitational campaign for the event: an expert evaluation and analysis of the online/offline event’s target audience; drafting a list of potential participants or running an invitational campaign based on the client’s own lists; developing registration forms and a personal account area for participants on the event website; building, maintaining, and updating the participant database


— Keeping participants informed: organizing an omnichannel contact centre; email marketing; adding content to the event website; preparing print and digital materials for participants; and much more


— Delegate management: communicating with participants and logistical support; signing agreements and receiving payments; creating and supporting personal accounts; meeting, seeing off, and accompanying guests; and much more


— Providing delegate management training for staff; conducting a personnel audit for your team, and drawing up recommendations to improve efficiency


You may request one service focusing on a particular area, or the full package of delegate management services for your event. We employ a flexible approach to our work, and can offer a range of options to tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
