The full package of services includes the following:
Organizing an invitational campaign for the event: an expert evaluation and analysis of the online/offline events target audience; drafting a list of potential participants or running an invitational campaign based on the clients own lists; developing registration forms and a personal account area for participants on the event website; building, maintaining, and updating the participant database
Keeping participants informed: organizing an omnichannel contact centre; email marketing; adding content to the event website; preparing print and digital materials for participants; and much more
Delegate management: communicating with participants and logistical support; signing agreements and receiving payments; creating and supporting personal accounts; meeting, seeing off, and accompanying guests; and much more
Providing delegate management training for staff; conducting a personnel audit for your team, and drawing up recommendations to improve efficiency
