The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of nationwide and international conventions; exhibitions; and business, public, youth, sporting, and cultural events. It was established in pursuance of a decision by the President of the Russian Federation.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 209 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5,000 people working in Russia and abroad.

The Foundation works alongside various UN departments and other international organizations, and is building multi-format cooperation with 212 economic partners, including industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions, financial, trade, and business associations from 86 countries worldwide, and 293 Russian public organizations, federal and regional executive and legislative bodies of the Russian Federation.

Olga Slutsker was born January 14, 1965 in Leningrad.

Olga Slutsker graduated from P.F. Lesgaft Academy of Physical Education in 1987 and played for the Leningrad national team for twelve years.

Olga Slutsker is president of Russia's biggest chain of fitness-clubs, World Class, which for the past eight years was on the list of 25 best fitness-clubs in the world.

In 2008 Olga Slutsker was included in the "TOP-1000 Russia's most professional managers" according to the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant publishing house (second place in the category "Service" of the Rating of top managers).

In 2009, Finance magazine gave Olga Slutsker 21st place in the ranking of the 50 most influential business women.

In 2019, Olga Slutsker became president of the Special Olympics Russia

Olga Slutsker devotes much of her time to social activities. She is the organizer of the International Festival of Physical Education and Sports and the International Fitness Aerobics Competition. These events, which bring together thousands of fitness enthusiasts and professionals, contribute to the popularization of a healthy lifestyle and the development of mass physical culture in Russia, the CIS and Baltic countries. For her charitable work, Olga Slutsker was awarded the Order of the Russian Orthodox Church of Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duchess Olga, 3rd degree.
