Russia – ASEAN
We need to make clean energy accessible to society. The Business 20 offers the following programme, which includes two points. Firstly, it is the creation of a carbon centre of excellence – a platform that will allow us to develop the carbon trading system, collect best practices for the development of the carbon trading system and a certain centre that will be used as a repository of the best knowledge and technologies. Secondly, it is the creation of a global alliance of financial cooperation. We see it as a multilateral organization that will offer solutions in the field of technology and finance. <...> In both aspects, we believe that Russia can indeed be a key partner in achieving and implementing the energy transition not only for Indonesia, but for the Asian region as a whole
