The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of nationwide and international conventions; exhibitions; and business, public, youth, sporting, and cultural events. It was established in pursuance of a decision by the President of the Russian Federation.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 209 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5,000 people working in Russia and abroad.

The Foundation works alongside various UN departments and other international organizations, and is building multi-format cooperation with 212 economic partners, including industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions, financial, trade, and business associations from 86 countries worldwide, and 293 Russian public organizations, federal and regional executive and legislative bodies of the Russian Federation.

Biography
Nicolas Celoro is a French pianist and composer with Neapolitan and Andalusian roots. From the first steps in classical music, his path has been marked by success. At the age of 14, Nicolas Celoro received the Golden medal at the Conservatory of Versailles, at 16 - the first prize at the Radio France "Kingdom of Music" competition, at 18 - the prize of the Higher National Conservatory of Paris in the class of the famous Italian-French pianist Aldo Ciccolini. Nicolas studied with Pierre Barbizet, and also his teacher was the greatest Hungarian virtuoso Gyorgy Cifra.

Nicolas Celoro gained international fame, performed on stages in more than 20 countries - in France, Italy, Spain, England, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Japan, Turkey, Hong Kong, South Korea, the USA; performed at the most prestigious concert venues - Victoria Hall in Geneva, the Royal Theatre in Madrid, The Maestranza Theatre in Seville, the Gaveau Hall in Paris, at the Opera Garnier and on other national stages.

In Russia Nicolas Cheloro performs at leading concert venues - from Kaliningrad to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The public highly appreciates his own musical works, which excite the modern listener with its depth. His music is a continuation of the line of Debussy, Liszt, Rachmaninoff and Mussorgsky.
