Unmanned Logistics Corridors: Russia is Building a Digital Bridge Between Asia and Europe
Here is the principle of working with real business: you have to work here and now, with what has already been developed. You have to work with a specific problem. There is a business model for an operator of a fleet of autonomous vehicles, and there is a business model for an infrastructure operator. We need to work with integrated models, so we need to involve the entire chain in the project at once, from logisticians to developers

Unmanned Logistics Corridors: Russia is Building a Digital Bridge Between Asia and Europe
The question is, who is to blame if something goes wrong. Not everything is a rosy picture; there will certainly be software failures. Who will be in charge? The maker of the unmanned vehicle? Or the software developer? Or the infrastructure operator? This is a regulatory framework that has not been developed in any way

Russia–India
We performed the transfer of high tech, we introduced the payment system on the Delhi-Mumbai highway. The question of further replication of this solution is under consideration. Our company creates high-tech jobs. But we faced the lack of interest in our business from banks and development institutions

Speaking about creating a trusted environment <...>, the data [of digital platforms operating in different countries, – Ed.] can be used as reference, but it cannot be used by government agencies for making decisions [to provide access to services on other platforms, – Ed.]. <...> This is the key problem which we need to take over to the ECO, the SCO. <...> From the technological standpoint, we are ready

All countries – including in the SCO and EU – are moving in completely different directions when it comes to technology. <...> All countries have made great inroads in developing their technology. And when it comes to the integration process, unfortunately even neighbouring countries are completely unable to simplify, for example, their customs procedures using IT

Digital Transport: The Future of Greater Eurasia
Signing an agreement on international transportation with China is a pretty global thing. It rises limitations on the volume of traffic, it is a landmark event <...> I assume that we will launch this pilot project in November. This is the first time two interstate platforms are integrated <...> As soon as on 20 September <...> we start a pilot project with Kazakhstan for joint tracking of transit transportation
