The Roscongress Foundation – a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of international conventions, congress, exhibitions, business, social and sporting, public, and cultural events.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 126 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 69 countries worldwide.

Biography
In 1996, she graduated from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in St. Petersburg (Department of the Peoples of the North) specializing in Philology and gained the qualification of a teacher of Russian and Even language and literature.



Career:

1996 to 2006 – teacher of Even language and literature, teacher of Russian language and literature at Yerbogachen secondary school.

2006 to 2010 – municipal service, a head specialist on issues of indigenous minorities of the North of the Katangsky District, deputy head of the Erbogachensky municipality.

2010 to 2015 – public service, an adviser to the Governor of the Irkutsk Region on the affairs of the indigenous peoples of the North.

2015 to 2018 – Chief of Staff of the Russian Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East.

2018 – present – Advisor to the Rector of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.



Holds a civil service rank: Full State Councillor 3rd Class of the Russian Federation.



Community Service:

She is an expert in national policy issues.

First Vice-President of the Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.

President of the Irkutsk Regional Public Organization ‘Union of Indigenous Minorities of the North of the Irkutsk Region’ at the Congress of Indigenous Minorities of the Irkutsk Region.

She is a member of the Public Council of the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs, the Advisory Council on Indigenous Minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation with the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Siberian Federal District, and the Council of the International Public Association Reindeer Herding.



In 2018, she became one of the presidential candidate Vladimir Putin’s election campaign activists.
