Yulia has been with the company since 2010, specialising mainly in the healthcare and public sectors. She has delivered a number of projects in the area of systemic transformations in healthcare, organisational improvements and strategic development for federal and regional authorities. She has taken part in numerous international projects in Europe, the USA and Southeast Asia. Before coming to McKinsey & Company, she held executive positions with Vnesheconombank and worked in academic and research institutions of the Russian Government.

• BA degree in Economics from Moscow State University (19982002)
• She taught at the Department of Economics, MSU, and has written a number of scholarly publications on the subject of healthcare, public-private partnership and regional development in Russia.
