54 years of age; in 1987, he graduated from Komsomolsk-on-Amur Polytechnic Institute and worked at Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Factory. In 1990, he went into business. In 2005, he initiated a start-up for production of organic mineral fertilisers. In 2007, the project Industrial Production of Organic Mineral Fertilisers from Far-Eastern Agro Stock was awarded the Silver Medal of the Seventh Moscow International Salon of Investments and Innovations. In 2007–2008, he explored the impact of organic mineral fertilisers on crop yields as a member of the working group of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Shenyang in the Province of Liaoning, China. Following the results of this work, the Liaoning Government awarded him the title Honoured International Expert of Liaoning for implementation of novel developments in organic farming. Following the results of his work, in 2009, he was awarded a diploma of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences for Best Completed Scientific Development. Since 2010, Bioteks-Agro, LLC has been exporting its products. In 2013, Bioteks-Agro, LLC took first place in the Best Exporter of Russia competition organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in the category Most Dynamic Exporter. In August 2015, Bioteks-Agro, LLC nominated its project “Industrial Production of Organic-Mineral Fertilisers for Export” for the regional round of the National Entrepreneurial Awards. In August 2014, the project was recognised as best in the Best Export Project of Khabarovsk Region category. In 2015, with a group of likeminded researchers, he announced a new project called Development and Production of New Generation Fertilisers Based on Peat, Nitrogen Fixing Bacteria and Phosphorus Dissolution Bacteria. By decision of the experts, the project passed expert evaluation and, since December, Far East Peat Company, LLC has been a participant in the Skolkovo Innovation Center.
