Born on 5 March 1978 in Novocherkassk (Rostov region). Boris has extensive experience in administering projects in healthcare. He served in government institutions, such as the Committee on Health Protection of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy (as associate professor), as well as in non-governmental organizations as Head of the KHL Medical Centre, President of the Palliative Medicine Charity Foundation, and Director at CROS. He developed medical care in hockey teams of the Russian North. For many years Boris has been engaged in scientific and educational activities; he has publications and patents for inventions.
