The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of international conventions; exhibitions; and business, public, sporting, and cultural events. It was established in pursuance of a decision by the President of the Russian Federation.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 162 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 75 countries worldwide.

Anton is a Partner at BCG Moscow.

He is a core member of BCG’s Public Sector and Social practice. He is mostly engaged in strategic developments on activity improvement in education and public administration.

Examples of BCG projects:

• Anton structured and headed a 3-year programme for investment climate improvement in Russian regions;

• He developed a method and a strategy of the largest tech innovation programme in CIS and provided operational support of the project office;

• He developed a methodology for teams and roadmaps for the National Technology Initiative 2016;

• Anton oversaw multiple projects for the governmental and institutional funds, including projects in education and employment planning;

• He managed projects for schools and universities;

• He was a team lead for social engagement concept in one of the CIS countries.

• Anton developed an operating model, prepared and implemented the pilot project within ‘Teacher for Russia’ initiative;

• He managed strategic and organizational projects for Russian state-run companies with significant involvement of governmental bodies, and controlled operations of the project offices;

• He implemented an investment strategy project for the capital city of one of the largest CIS countries;

• He redesigned the highest-level organizational structure and cut the staff of the Russia’s largest communications provider.
