The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 2,500 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 122 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 69 countries worldwide.

Biography
Rose Schooler is the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Global Data Center Sales. She leads a worldwide organisation responsible for managing overall revenue and strategy across the various sales, technical support, and channels capabilities, in order to deliver Data Center solutions to Intel customers and partners.

Schooler previously served as Intel’s Vice President of Internet of Things (IOT) Sales, and as such was responsible for scaling Intel’s sales footprint in the IOT Market. Prior to her role in sales, Schooler was Vice President of the IoT Strategy and Integrated Products Division in the Internet of Things Group (IOTG) with responsibility for managing the IoT strategy across all of Intel's assets, driving policy, industry and partner development. In addition to her Sales and IOT roles, Schooler has also served as Vice President of the Data Center Group and General Manager of Communications and Storage Infrastructure Group at Intel Corporation, driving product development for the networking and storage market segments, as well as providing solutions for telecommunications service providers. In this role, Schooler led industry initiatives including Network Function Virtualization and Software Defined Networking.



Schooler started her career at Intel in 1989 and has held key positions across Intel in manufacturing, quality and reliability and marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Ceramics Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.



Schooler was named in “Who’s Who in Business” by the Arizona Republic in 2016. Schooler has been a member of industry boards including ATIS and TIA and currently serves on NCWIT and the Industry and Professional Advisory Council (IPAC) for the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Penn State.
