Zhenish Razakov was born on 19 March 1967 in Kyzyl-Kiya, Osh Region.
Education:
1990: graduated from the Marshal Ustinov Leningrad Military Mechanical Institute, Faculty of Applied Mechanics and Automation.
1997: graduated from the Republican Training Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2002: graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University, Faculty of Law (external department).
2013: graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (external department).
Career:
Mr. Razakov began his career in 1990 as a thermo-site supervisor at the Alai machine-building plant in Kyzyl-Kiya. He was the deputy head and later the head of the sector for the production of Alai machine-building plant.
Since 1996, he has been serving in the internal affairs agencies.
2000: Appointed officer for Economic Security and Combating the Corruption group of the Department of Internal Affairs of Batken Region. Later he was the head of the Department of Public Relations of the Department of Internal Affairs, Ninth Division of the Internal Affairs Directorate, Criminal Investigations Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate, Deputy Chief of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Batken Region.
15 April 2011–1 February 2012, headed of the Department of Internal Affairs of Batken Region.
On 1 February 2012, appointed Acting Head of the State Administration, Governor of Batken Region of Kyrgyzstan.
2012–2016, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government in Batken Region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
June 2016–August 2017, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic;
August–October 2017, Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic;
26 October 2017–20 April 2018, he was Advisor to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Starting from 20 April 2018, Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
