Born July 26, 1960.
1982: graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute in Radioelectronics, qualifying as a radioengineer. Candidate of Technical Sciences from the Institute of Management Problems (Moscow).
1982:joined the Yerevan Branch of the Communications Research Institute.
1988 to 1995: head of the scientific council, deputy director of the Yerevan Branch of the Communications Research Institute.
1995 to 2005: worked at ZAO Equant (previously called Sprint Set, Global One), now Orange Business Services, where he rose from Sales Manager and Operational Director to Deputy General Director.
2005 to 2007: Deputy General Director for commercial development at ZAO Synterra.
2007 to 2009: Deputy General Director for commercial activities at OAO Central Telegraph.
2009 to 2014: Deputy General Director for strategic projects at ОАО MegaFon, Director of the Sochi 2014 Project.
Since 2015: Senior Vice-President for Russia at OOO ZTE Corporation Svyaztekhnologii responsible for business develoment in Russia, cooperation with operators, development of channel sales, Enterprise, GR, PR.
Awarded the Order of Friendship, Memorial Medal «Kazan 2013», Memorial Medal «Sochi 2014», Gratitude of the President of Russia and of the Government of the Russian Federation.
Corresponding member of the International Academy of the Quality of Communicationss.
Married with a son and a daughter.
