The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of international conventions; exhibitions; and business, public, sporting, and cultural events. It was established in pursuance of a decision by the President of the Russian Federation.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 162 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 75 countries worldwide.

Born on 14 April 1975 in Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region.

In 1998, graduated from the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University specializing in Philology. Qualified teacher of Chinese and English, interpreter of the Chinese language.

In 2002, graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia specializing in state and municipal management and a foreign language, qualified as manager.

From 2002 to 2007, worked as Director General of the Regional State Unitary Enterprise Amur-Kachestvo.

From 2007 to 2008, Director General at OJSC Amursky Kristall.

From 2008 to 2010, Deputy Mayor of Blagoveshchensk.

In 2012, interim Adviser to the Head of Administration of Blagoveshchensk.

From August 2012 to May 2013, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the region.

From May 2013 to September 2015, Minister of Economic Development of the Amur Region.

In October 2015, became a representative in the administration of Director General at SIBUR.

From March 2016 to July 2017, transferred to the administration of SIBUR as a representative.

From July 2017 to May 2018, Adviser to the Corporate University at SIBUR.

On 30 May 2018, appointed interim acting Governor of Amur Region.

September 27, 2018 appointed Governor of Amur Region

Married with two daughters (born in 2004 and 2018).
