In 1993, graduated the Academy of the Ministry of State Security majoring in Law; in 2003, graduated the Federal State Higher Educational Institution Russian Foreign Trade Academy under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, majoring in Global Economy; in 2013, graduated Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas majoring in Oil and Gas Production.
Since 1998 has been employed in gas mining and processing industry.
