Financial and Legal Literacy of Young Entrepreneurs: How to Protect Yourself from the Start?
The main task that Roskachestvo [Russian Quality System] faces is to build quality business processes because, without this, the results of your work and activities, no matter what you do and no matter what service you provide, the quality of the result will be unsystematic or unpredictable. This sphere [informing young entrepreneurs] is expanding, and the Centre for Digital Expertise has been working very actively since 2018 and giving a lot of practical recommendations

FoodTech: Quick ROI or Risky Business?
Support isn’t always money. There is a mechanism that is implemented at the expense of the budget – business process diagnostics. Some companies come back for a second, third, and even fourth time. The food industry ranks first in terms of the number of applications because people want to develop it and sees what tools are available

FoodTech: Quick ROI or Risky Business?
One of Roskachestvo’s major goals is to create a community of conscious consumers, and we put it on a par with building up high-quality business processes, including those that evaluate the FoodTech sector

FoodTech: Quick ROI or Risky Business?
If we’re talking about quality, lots of people are concerned about whether we will get poisoned or if we will grow horns. If this product is grown in accordance with the requirements of existing legislation and there are no toxic substances, pesticides, and so on, then we won’t be poisoned and we won’t grow horns. But there is a danger of GMOs here, among other things, and we shouldn’t forget about that. Of course, Roskachestvo, in addition to other major areas of its activities, also conducts fan studies of food products, including evaluations of its quality, since the government takes on consumer risks through us

FoodTech: Quick ROI or Risky Business?
FoodTech is such an interesting, driving, and rather piquant topic that always gets people excited. In Russia, FoodTech, unfortunately, is generally still only in the mass consciousness and is associated with food delivery. In fact, though, it is a complete chain of food production, from the farmer to the end consumer, which includes absolutely all components of this business process. And this doesn’t only involve the use of digital solutions to produce and promote a product and deliver it to the end consumer. It is also a business solution that makes it possible to use eco-friendly packaging. It’s a solution that can minimize losses and food leftovers. This market is developing in leaps and bounds in Russia and was estimated to be worth RUB 373 billion at the end of 2021. It’s enormous growth

The Self-Employed: New Labour Market Opportunities
Based on our initiative, with the support of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues, and, of course, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, an amendment was introduced that would correct this nuance, which is not very fair at the moment [...] This amendment concerns the opportunity for individuals who do not have the status of an individual entrepreneur to provide data and thus be included in the same register of organic products

The Self-Employed: New Labour Market Opportunities
I think this is a trend that has increasingly positive specifics. Now I’m not talking about the big goals that were incorporated into this ideology of bringing a huge number of professionals who provide quality services into the ‘white’ economic and legal field. This is all directly related to the quality of life, no matter how grandiose it may sound. Because the economy is still based on small as well as medium [business], but at the moment we are talking about small business. And the self-employed, they are representatives of this category [...] This sector will be trending upwards

How to Bring Russian Start-Ups to Asian Markets?
It is always very interesting to see a different mentality of doing business and launching start-ups that exists in a macro-region, in a micro-region, in this or that country. Among other things, it is interesting to get feedback from our colleagues on what we would need to adjust to a different culture and legislation

How to Bring Russian Start-Ups to Asian Markets?
It is very important to understand the culture of the country you are entering – not just to know the law. But at the same time, business, by assimilating, by carrying its distinctive features can have a competitive advantage. We need to benefit from the areas in which we are traditionally strong, and which are unusual for other countries

We Are Hooked: Facing the Facts about Social Media
I would not object to there being state regulators <...> or professional communities or bloggers’ associations of some kind – it doesn’t matter. What matters most of all is that all these task forces find common ground

Why Legal Literacy is Vital for Young Entrepreneurs
It’s vital to first look at how to properly build up a business process, and in doing so, make use of current legislation. Only then should operations actually begin

Expanding the Possibilities of Digital Development for the Youth
Don’t forget about the principle that we always hear on the plane: first put your own mask on, and then on your child. If you don’t provide yourself with knowledge and protection, you won’t be informed and you won’t be able to provide this help. We not only need to focus on children, adolescents, and young people, we need to improve digital literacy for all segments of the population

Expanding the Possibilities of Digital Development for the Youth
According to various estimates, there hasn’t been a very big increase in the number of people in our country, including among young people, who believe that they are highly advanced, that they are developing strongly in this, and that their level of digital literacy has increased over this period

Expanding the Possibilities of Digital Development for the Youth
In the first half of 2020, there was a 50% increase in the number of cybercrimes, of which 59% were committed through social networks, and 23% through fake websites. Who spends the most time online? It’s clearly the youth audience
