The digital transformation concept was approved late last year. <…> Please note that many legislative and regulatory restrictions make us move in this direction. For example, in compliance with the law, we must provide the consumer with a minimal smart meter functionality. <…> Besides, relevant standards for a digital power grid, digital electrical substation are implemented

A Leap Forward in Energy: Efficiency, Innovation, Environmental Sustainability
Surprising but true: the revenue of a middle-sized distilling factory is the same as that of a nuclear power plant. Even though they cannot be compared in terms of their effect on society, intellectual assets, the tax regulation is the same. Basically, that isn’t right. And this must be taken into account

Russia–France
We agreed with Schneider Electric on the digitalization of the Tver region’s network complex by the end of 2019. The French side has very done well with setting up upper-level control systems in the grid power industry. It is not only about adapting, but more about customizing the use of local industrial potential and showing the way to foreign markets

The New Energy Agenda and Russia’s Global Leadership
What is needed is the set of measures we have prepared and are promoting together with the Energy Ministry. This includes long-term tariffs, normalizing privileged connections, reference adjustment; this is the issue of not cancelling privileges that cannot be compensated for by raising tariffs such as property tax; this is payment for contracted capacity <…> We have to prevent loss of consumers
