The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 130 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 70 countries worldwide.

Biography
Born February 10, 1969 in Oryol Region. Graduated from the Military Medical Academy in 1983.

Between 1989 and 2002, served in the USSR and Russian Federation Military, holding various positions in the medical field. In 2002-2003, led a scientific project for Novenergo LLC.

2003–2004: Depputy Director of the Zheldorpharmazeya of the Ministry of Communications. April to September 2013: acting CEO of RT-Biotechprom. Recipient of various awards and honorary diplomas, including an order For Excellent Service of the I-III degrees and a state award for development of the railway network. Holds a degree of doctor of medicine.
Decree No. 1640 of September12, 2013 appointed him Deputy Minister of Healthcare. Married, has a son and a daughter.
