2016 – Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Before 2018, Chief Researcher in the Federal Research Center ‘Institute of Cytology and Genetics’, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICG SB RAS), and Chief Researcher in Food Security Research Center, Novosibirsk State University Department of Economics.
Since 2018, serves ad interim Head оf N.I. Vavilov Research Institute of Plant Industry in Saint Petersburg.
From 2014, a member of Federal Roster of Experts in Science and Technology. From 2018, a member of the Presidential Council for Science and Education. Since 2019, a member of Academic and Technological Council of ‘Talent and Success’ Education Foundation Board of Trustees.
Since 2014, a presidium member of Vavilov Society of Geneticists and Breeders. Since 2015, a member of European Association for Research on Plant Breeding (EUCARPIA).
