The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 131 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 70 countries worldwide.

Biography
Mustafa Kashka was born on the 11th of May 1964. He graduated from Novorossiysk High Engineering Marine School with a degree in “Exploitation of ship power plants”.

Qualification – ship engineer.

In 1987 started to work for Murmansk Shipping Company as an ordinary steam generator worker and grew up to a position of steam generator Chief Engineer. Worked on the atomic ice breakers «Arktica», «Rossiya», «Sibir».

In 2003 was appointed as a Deputy Technical Director of atomic fleet in Atomic Fleet Technical Exploitation Department of Murmansk Shipping Company.

2007-2008 – Chief Engineer of Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Northern Federal Enterprise on Radioactive Wastes Treatment”.

Since 2008 года – First Deputy Director – Chief Engineer of FSUE Atomflot.

On February 26, 2019 was assigned as a Director General of FSUE Atomflot by the Order of ROSATOM State Corporation.
