Yuri Isaev was born in Moscow on January 1, 1972. In 1994 he graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute, School of Economics. He holds a PhD in economics.
In 1992 he joined Russian Credit Bank as economic analyst, where he held various positions, including head of division, Deputy Chairman of the Board, First Deputy Chairman of the Board and President, Chairman of the Board.
