Tokenization of Real Assets. The Real Value of the Crypto Economy
Russia has certain assets that are similar to venture investments and stable tokens: oil, gas, and other natural resources, like gold, for example. Russia has issued 3,000 licenses for resource extraction, including of palladium and platinum. These are assets with a high market liquidity. We started a project with Huobi to create a stable token platform based on diamond and gold mining. This will assist Russian geologic exploration and have a significant impact on our economy

Introducing Russia to Africa
We possess colossal information on African countries’ geology. No other country in the world has this information. We boast 40 years of experience in 26 African countries, which is fairly big. We understand how complicated geological aspects can be tackled. We bring new technologies. <…> This allows us to create new jobs and infrastructure and be the cornerstone for the economy of whole regions and countries, which apart from other things plays a major role in export and impacts social stability

Oil and Gas Industry. New Opportunities in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream
Certain factors may become crucial to the development of relations between Russia and China. One of these factors is the need to replace reserves. We've hit a high level of oil and gas production, and if we are talking about the hydrocarbon reserve replacement ratio, we are looking at a value of 1 across the country, sometimes even less. This is a major issue that oil, gas, and geology companies must focus on to replenish reserves

Russia–China
China is the world’s economic growth leader, and the leader in manufacturing and industrialization. At the same time, Russia represents a wealth of resources. That is what the geostrategic partnership is built on <...> which is, possibly, no longer enough. We must develop and integrate more, create more solutions related to integration both in technology and in a variety of other areas

It has been important for us to see another 22 companies join the National Champions family this year, bringing the total number to 84. <…> While this is a priority project for the Ministry of Economic Development, I actually believe it to be an overall priority for securing technological development in Russia. Russia and the Global Digital Agenda
“There are two aspects. It is important to create and develop the ecosystem that would allow not only large companies, not only particular centres of technology to move on, but various business [enterprises], the small ones, the start-ups to move on… Without the completion of this system, those will be individual projects and cases. The second task. We do not have that much money in the country to cover all 12 technology trends that have been defined <…> in IT. We need to focus on the basic ones, where we can become leaders rapidly enough,”
