Oksana Fedoseeva is the founder and CEO of Vostok Capital. As a student with high-level knowledge of the English language, she moved to live and work in London and later became a British citizen. She worked for the securities and stock market commission for 2 years.
At the age of 23 she founded the company Vostok Capital, which specialized in training seminars on trade in oil and petroleum products and price risk management. The training sessions and seminars then expanded, transforming into major oil and gas forums.
The company is actively developing in the international markets and is the absolute leader across a variety of industrial events in countries such as Chile, Colombia, Argentina, in Central Asia, and in the Balkans.
Oksana Fedoseeva, acting as a British investor, is currently implementing a unique, unparalleled project in Russia concerning the construction of an innovative greenhouse complex for year-round cultivation of strawberries on an industrial scale. During the implementation of this project, certain amendments were made to the legislation of the Russian Federation on subsidizing agricultural greenhouse projects in order to bring agricultural companies to a stable income level.
The project was supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Governor of Stavropol Territory and is considered revolutionary.
