The Roscongress Foundation – a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of international conventions, congress, exhibitions, business, social and sporting, public, and cultural events.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 130 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 70 countries worldwide.

Biography
Russian philosopher and science administrator, Chief Editor of the Humanities Research in the Russian Far East journal, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor.

He was born on 12 June 1981 in Vladivostok, graduated public school No. 9 with advanced study of the Chinese language in 1998. In 2003, he graduated the Far Eastern University with a degree in Philosophy (Vladivostok). In 2006, (Moscow) he passed Candidate's dissertation defence, and in 2011 (Moscow) he defended his doctoral thesis majoring in History of Philosophy, becoming the youngest Doctor of Philosophy in Russia (at the age of 30).

In 2003 joined FEFU, working his way up from a post-graduate student to a professor and Dean.

From 2009 to 2011, held the office of Deputy Director for Curriculum and Discipline of the Institute of History, Philosophy and Culture, FEFU.

Since March 2011 – Head of the School of Humanities, FEFU.

Manages graduate students education process. Authored about 60 scientific publications. Leads over a dozen scientific grants.

From 2014 to 2016 – member of the expert council for regional educational policy under the Governor of Primorye Territory.

In November 2017 – elected Chairman of the Primorye branch of the Russian Philosophical Society.
