The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of nationwide and international conventions; exhibitions; and business, public, youth, sporting, and cultural events. It was established in pursuance of a decision by the President of the Russian Federation.
The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.
Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5,000 people working in Russia and abroad.
The Foundation works alongside various UN departments and other international organizations, and is building multi-format cooperation with 180 economic partners, including industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions, financial, trade, and business associations from 81 countries worldwide, and 186 Russian public organizations, federal and legislative agencies, and federal subjects.

In 1998, he graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2001, he graduated from the Graduate School of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 2000 to 2003, he taught at the Valuation Activities Department of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 1997, he founded the company ZAO Independent Expert and Valuation Centre, which was reorganised into NEO Centre Consulting Group in 2004. Today NEO Centre is one of the leaders on the Russian market. In August 2011, he took over the New Business branch of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects. The chairman of the Supervisory Board of the ASI is Vladimir Putin. In February 2012, he was elected Chairman of the Russian business community Club of Leaders for the Promotion of Business Initiatives. The Club of Leaders was established at the initiative of businessmen and supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin. He is a member of the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Agricultural Bank. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Railways. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Rosagroleasing. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Hippodromes. He is part of the Interdepartmental Working Group for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Public Council under the Federal Tax Service, the Public-Private Partnership Council under the Military and Industrial Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Public Council under the Commissioner of the President of the Russian Federation for Entrepreneurs’ Rights.
