The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 130 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 70 countries worldwide.

Biography

Tatiana was born on July 16, 1972, in Tyrnyauz. She graduated Perm State University in 1994 with a degree in history science, earned her PhD in Economics in 1998. In 1994-2001 she worked for Perm State University as a senior lecturer of Micro- and Macroeconomics. In 2001 she moved to Moscow, worked as a member of Oleg Chirkunov team and hold various positions in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. In March 2004 she was appointed as a Member of the Council of Federation from Perm Krai. In 2006-2007 she was a member of The Parliamentary Assembly of European Council. In September 2007 she was appointed to the position of Intergovernmental Relations Department Director in Russian Federation Regional Development Ministry. In October 2008 she’s got a position of the Deputy CEO in The State Corporation «Fund of Reforming Support to the Housing and Utility Sector». Since 2010 she works in IBS as a Deputy General Director, developing IT business in the field of state government management and public finance.
