Facing East: How Can Young People Find Their Feet on the Labour Market?
Lifelong development is an ecosystem of sorts – an environment in which you consciously consume information. We have a few questions which we invite our participants to consider before they embark on a lengthy educational programme and invest their time there. The first question seems very simple – do I need this for my work? Will this information benefit me at my current place of work, in my current occupation? Do I need this knowledge? If the answer is ‘yes’, then great. An adult learns excellently when they understand how they will be able to apply their new knowledge in practice

EAWF Retreat Lounge. Continuous Development: A Choice or a Necessity for Women Leaders?
Yes, we need support during our time as students. But believe me, as one gets older, builds a career, and moves forward, this kind of support is also invaluable. We have a programme entitled Female Leader. Currently, there are two branches to the programme, which has almost 300 participants. This support is one of the most valuable things that our women derive from the programme. This is the first thought. And the second thought is that having access to a mentor – a person with whom you can speak and who can support you – is very important indeed
