These issues will come under the spotlight in Business: Instructions for Survival. The online conference will take place on Friday, 17 April on the Roscongress Foundations online platforms. However, the number of consumers who find themselves unable to pay could feasibly increase sharply. Energy industry associations are concerned that a moratorium on issuing penalties will be destructive for the entire energy industry, and create a rupture in the generation-to-supply calculation chain.
