Talking about the Atirau platform, the state is implementing the first step of infrastructure construction for 1 billion US Dollars. One of the most promising projects we would like to introduce is production of methanol and its derivatives. There are a number of large state-owned mineral deposits. The state is also conducting a range of geological survey works. A new Code for subsoil and land management based on the Australian example has been adopted.
