The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, will participate in the ‘Arctic: Territory of Dialogue’ 5th International Arctic Forum, which will take place on 9–10 April at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg.
“This time, the [Forum’s] theme is that the Arctic is an ocean of possibilities. This is an international event with discussions, panel discussions, and a speech by the President,” said the Presidential Press Secretary, Dmitry Peskov.
The International Arctic Forum 2019 unites the efforts of government authorities, international organizations, and representatives of the scientific and business communities of Russia and other countries for an exciting discussion and an in-depth exchange of views on topical issues pertaining to sustainable growth in the Arctic region.
