Tatyana Golikova to attend opening of NPO LAB at SPIEF 2018

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova will attend the opening of the NPO LAB stand at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum at 12:15 on 24 May 2018.

At the stand, representatives from charitable foundations and specialists in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR) will talk about the factors behind successful social and environmental projects, explain how to attract investment, and share the mechanics of effectively promoting public initiatives. There will be a presentation of successful case studies from major nonprofit organizations and representatives of the CSR sector.

One of the main Roscongress Foundation Social Platform events at SPIEF 2018 will be the launch of the new Centre for the Development of Social Communication in Russia. An important component of the Centre will be a competition for projects in key areas of social development: family and children, culture, education, the elderly, the environment, inclusion, and new technologies.

The Art, Science and Sport Charity Foundation is the strategic partner for the project.

The competition will be launched at the NPO LAB stand. Following the competition announcement, the stand will host master classes and practical exercises with experts, including the creation of new case studies. The interim results will be summarized and the winners of the competition will be announced at the Roscongress Foundation’s next major event: the Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held from 11 to 13 September in Vladivostok.

There will also be a signing ceremony for agreements between the Roscongress Foundation and major charitable foundations in Russia.
