League, an online burpee tournament featuring Russian sports stars going on air
from their self-isolation sites.
Burpee is a
whole-body exercise combining a jump, a plank and a push-up. This exercise
engages all major muscle groups and quickly raises the heart rate to the
aerobic threshold making it one of the most recommended exercises for home
training. The goal is to do as many reps as possible in one minute.
