The Roscongress Foundation signed a series of agreements with development corporations of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), the Republic of Karelia as well as the Arkhangelsk and Murmansk Regions at the Arctic: Territory of Dialogue 5th International Arctic Form on 9 April.
The mutually beneficial cooperation between the Roscongress Foundation and these regions aims to enhance the investment appeal and export potential of the latter by promoting their promising investment, export, and other business projects on the domestic and foreign markets. A list of target projects will be compiled in the near future and updated at least once a quarter. The Roscongress Foundation will conduct a preliminary assessment of projects to determine whether to provide services raise funding from Russian and international organizations.
In addition, the Foundation and the regions will collaborate in seeking socially important problems faced by the regions, improving their legal culture, and holding mutual consultations, target forums, seminars, working meetings, and other events.

General Director of the Arkhangelsk Region Regional Development Agency Maxim
Zaborsky, and acting General Director of the Republic of Karelia Development
Corporation Olga Volkova.
