SPILF 2022: Experts to Consider Mechanisms to Reduce Regulatory Burden on Entrepreneurs

On 30 June 2022, the 10th St Petersburg International Legal Forum will host a session on ‘How to Lower Regulation Burden: Calculate the Execution Costs or Structure Them?’

The session will be focusing on modernising existing mandatory requirements in order to create a more business-friendly environment.

Participants in the discussion will examine the most problematic requirements from the perspective of entrepreneurs, discuss what would be an acceptable number of mandatory requirements, and consider options for improving the regulatory framework.

The event will be attended by Alisa Bezrodnaya, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation; Alexey Khersontsev, State Secretary — Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Evgeny Danchikov, Minister of the Government of Moscow and Head of the Main Control Department of the City of Moscow; Andrei Kashanin, Deputy Director of the Institute of State and Municipal Management at the Higher School of Economics, and Alexey Bobrovsky, Economics Correspondent.
