The operation of the hotline is fully organized by the Roscongress Foundation. As of today, the call centre has received over 1.5 million calls and registered more than 170,000 requests. The Roscongress Foundation enabled the work of over 200 line operators, with the financial equivalent of ‘In This Together’ project support exceeding 10 million roubles during the month of hotline operation.
“We are grateful to all the viewers who took part in the charity concert, and we plan to continue arranging events in formats that are interesting for everyone and that will help provide support to elderly people and persons with reduced mobility who are at risk during the spread of coronavirus. I am convinced that by joining efforts in this time of hardship we can help those for whom care and attention can now be life-saving,” noted CEO and Chairman of the Roscongress Foundation Alexander Stuglev.
All the raised funds will be used to provide targeted aid and deliver groceries and medications.
