Made in Russia Forum – Economy of the Third Millennium

9 December Moscow will host the Made in Russia International Export Forum organized by the Russian Export Center and The Roscongress Foundation. ‘Challenges of the new decade’ was chosen as the key topic for the 2020 event.

«Economic agenda-2020 circles two statements: ‘we need tangible results’ and ‘we need to change interaction formats, fast’. Similarly, discussions at the Made in Russia Forum are built around those issues: what is in the way of our export? How do we get rid of administrative and managerial barriers in trade? How do we access global markets via electronic trading means? How do we export a brand new matter: impressions? Tune in, it is going to be great,» said Russian Export Center CEO Veronika Nikishina.

The Forum was launched in 2012 and since then became the leading venue for discussing export matters as part of the ‘International Cooperation and Export’ national project.

This year the Forum will take place online. Key speakers will be joining in real time from Agency for Strategic Initiatives’ ‘Boiling Points’, various regions of Russia, and foreign offices of the Russian Export Center.

Business programme includes 6 roundtables, a plenary session, and an official awards ceremony where the ‘Exporter of the Year’, an All-Russian trophy in the field of international cooperation and trade will be handed out.

The Forum will discuss relevant export issues with the member of the Russian Government, local and international experts. Forum participants will hear presentations on new business solutions that assist export development, as well as on the ‘One Stop Shop’ infosystem. The venue will host seminars on setting up export and searching for potential customers abroad.

Heads of Russian and international companies, federal and regional authorities, Russian banks and regional export support centres, relevant associations and unions, business media representatives and leading experts are all expected to take part in the event.
