The Arctic: Territory of Dialogue 5th International Arctic Forum will take place in Arkhangelsk on 910 April 2019. Held on a biennial basis, the Forum is a major platform for discussion with foreign partners of pressing issues and prospects for the development of the Arctic region.

According to Anton Kobyakov, the dates chosen for the Forum take into account climatic conditions in the more northerly latitudes of the Forum venue, as well as the timetable of significant international political, economic, and religious events.
The Forum will be held at the Lomonosov Northern (Arctic) Federal University.
