“Over eight days, nine Olympic champions visited eight bastions of
Russian sports on the road from Moscow to Kemerovo. Our illustrious athletes
showed off iconic facilities, brand-new sports complexes, and home training
centres, held master classes, and met with schoolchildren. I want to thank the
Roscongress Foundation for organizing this project. The road tour showed once

and the regions are a single team. Together we can overcome any challenges
facing Russian sports,” Matytsin said.

“Today, you are on the right team and in the right place. You are
surrounded by friends who are also pursuing the right goals. Wrestling teaches
us not only to win, but also to live, endure difficulties, and take responsibility.
And most importantly, it teaches us to love our Russia. Today, it is especially
important to love your country, rally around it, and do everything for it to
flourish,” Vlasov told the young wrestlers.
