A total of 220 agreements, contracts, memoranda, protocols, and road maps were signed during the 4th Eastern Economic Forum, according to the final statistics. The total value of all the documents signed amounts to RUB 3.185 trillion (only including agreements in which information does not constitute a trade secret). This amount is 27% higher than the final indicators for the EEF 2017, at which agreements were concluded for a total of RUB 2.496 trillion.
Fifty-eight agreements were signed with international companies at EEF 2018. Most of the documents were signed with companies from China (31 agreements valued at RUB 290.6 billion), Japan (16 agreements valued at RUB 1.591 trillion), and the Republic of Korea (9 agreements valued at RUB 9.5 billion).

The implementation of these agreements will not only contribute to the socioeconomic development of the regions of the Far East, but also strengthen Russias cooperation with the countries that took part in the Forum», Adviser to the Russian President Anton Kobyakov said.
Russian ministries and agencies signed 21 agreements on cooperation in various sectors. In addition, 15 Russian regions signed 86 documents for a total of RUB 683 billion (only including agreements in which information does not constitute a trade secret). The Primorsky Territory led the way in terms of the number of agreements signed (23 documents for RUB 106 billion), while the agreements signed by the Chukotka Autonomous District had the highest value (5 agreements for RUB 360 billion).
Most of the documents signed on the sidelines of the EEF 2018 concern the socioeconomic development of the Russian regions, industry and construction, international and interregional cooperation, banking, the fuel and energy sector, high technologies and telecommunications, and mining.
The most significant documents included: an agreement on a project to develop the deposits of the Baimskaya ore zone between GDK Baimskaya, KAZ Minerals PLC, the Government of Chukotka, and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development (RUB 360 billion); an agreement to build a clean methanol and ammonia production facility between Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Plant and the Far East Development Corporation (RUB 279 billion); an agreement between United Aircraft Corporation and Aeroflot on the supply of SukhoySuperjet-100 aircraft (RUB 210 billion) to the airline; a loan agreement between Vnesheconombank and the China Development Bank on the provision of up to CNY 12 billion (RUB 120 billion) to the Russian state corporation; and a strategic partnership agreement between the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Alibaba Group, MegaFon, and Mail.Ru Group on the establishment of a major joint venture in social commerce in Russia and the CIS to integrate key consumer Internet and e-commerce platforms in Russia (RUB 120 billion).
