The Roscongress Foundation – a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of international conventions, congress, exhibitions, business, social and sporting, public, and cultural events.

The Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating the development of Russia’s economic potential, promoting its national interests, and strengthening the country’s image. One of the roles of the Foundation is to comprehensively evaluate, analyse, and cover issues on the Russian and global economic agendas. It also offers administrative services, provides promotional support for business projects and attracting investment, and helps foster social entrepreneurship and charitable initiatives.

Each year, the Foundation’s events draw participants from 208 countries and territories, with more than 15,000 media representatives working on-site at Roscongress’ various venues. The Foundation benefits from analytical and professional expertise provided by 5000 people working in Russia and abroad. In addition, it works in close cooperation with 129 economic partners; industrialists’ and entrepreneurs’ unions; and financial, trade, and business associations from 69 countries worldwide.

Oksana Pushkina to Hold Webinar on Women’s Agenda Organized by the social platform of the Roscongress Foundation – the Innosocium Foundation and ASI Youth Initiatives Centre

The social platform of the Roscongress Foundation – the Innosocium Foundation and the ASI Youth Initiatives Centre in June launched a series of lectures that aim to get young people involved in resolving issues on the global women’s agenda, broaden their horizons, and establish trust-based interaction between representatives of the government, business, and civil society.

 

The next speaker in the series of webinars will be Oksana Pushkina, a prominent Russian TV host, a deputy in the Russian State Duma and the author and host of the programme ‘Women’s View’. Oksana will give her opinions on some of the trends among Generation Z, such as the development of feminism, online dating services (Tinder) as well as challenges and their impact on the lives of young people. The webinar will be moderated by ASI Youth Initiatives Centre project manager Maria Artyukhina.

 

Oksana Pushkina’s webinar will be held online at 15:00 on 3 July. It will be broadcast on the Roscongress Foundation’s website and the ASI Youth Initiatives Centre. The webinar is open to everyone. All you have to do is register in advance at https://webinar.asi.digital/.
