Burpee is a whole-body exercise combining a jump, a plank and a push-up. This exercise engages all major muscle groups and quickly raises the heart rate to the aerobic threshold making it one of the most recommended exercises for home training. The goal is to do as many reps as possible in one minute.

An all-out battle was to unfold in the men’s Strength division featuring the the 2016 Olympic Judo Champion Arsen Galstyan, the 2018 Olympics skeleton medallist Nikita Tregubov, the two-time luge World Champion Roman Repilov, the two-time snowboard World Champion Dmitry Loginov, Greco-Roman wrestling World Champion Stepan Maryanyan, the two-time beach soccer World Champion Anton Shkarin, and MMA fighter Murad Nukhkadiev.

The women’s Beauty division is equally high-profile with, the winner of the 2018 Olympics in cross-country skiing Natalya Nepryayeva, 2016 Olympic Champion in freestyle wrestling Valeria Koblova, the four-time World Champion in rhythmic gymnastics Aleksandra Soldatova, the winner of the 2019 World Snowboarding Championship Natalia Soboleva, the four-time World Nurban Champion Ekaterina Lavrentieva, a prize-winner of the World Cup in volleyball Daria Pilipenko, the World Cup stage in skeleton prize-winner Yulia Kanakina, the winner of the EHF Handball Cup Galina Gabisova, the winner of the Russian Basketball Championship Katerina Keyru, and a 2020 Youth Olympics skier Dariya Nepryaeva.

The chief referee position of the At-Home Super League will be filled by Eduard Bezuglov, the chief doctor of the Russian national football team, Vice President of the Russian Athletics Federation, who will control the standard of the athletes’ performance.

‘In recent years, being athletic has become very trendy. Sport is in high demand even during quarantine, thus calling for ever more online training and athletic challenges. Sport is always about competition, which today is only possible virtually. So, the idea of At-Home Super League was born by bringing together representatives of different 15 sports. Leaders of the Russian national teams and sports federations, many of which have already participated in sporting programmes of economic forums and other Roscogress Foundation’s events, are the driving force of the tournament,’ said Georgy Bryusov, Deputy Director, Head of Sport, Entertainment and Special Programmes of the Roscongress Foundation.
