Far East Street

Located along the waterfront of ajax bay, the far east street exhibition will offer visitors the chance to learn about all of the far eastern federal district’s 11 regions. From 2 to 7 September, a range of pavilions will welcome guests with virtual exhibits, local culinary specialities, sporting events, a cultural programme, and performances by local musicians.

WHAT’S IN THE CENTRE?

There are three more pavilions on the central site of the «Street». «Home on a Hectare» gives visitors the opportunity to learn about successful cases of the Far Eastern Hectare programme, and the ways support can be given to its participants. There is also the «Made on the Hectare» fair, where guests can taste cheese, bread, ice cream and other products, and a special zone where they can participate in master classes from cheese makers and bakers.

The pavilion of Russia’s Ministry of Sport, called the «Sport for Life centre», will use modern technology to introduce visitors to future sports projects, new kinds of sports and all 68 of Russia’s off icial sport federations. Guests will have the opportunity to try VR sports, cybersports, laser tag, board games, and, of course, learn about the training regimes and achievements of Russian athletes.

Another pavilion belongs to brand Aurus, the company that created Russia’s first premium car. Aurus will present two car models: the production version of the Aurus Senat, and a promising development of NAMI-Aurus, a car that runs on hydrogen and electricity and has dynamic performance that is not inferior to vehicles with internal combustion engines
